~GYM~

Yesterday, after office, i decided to have a jog but the clouds seemed to look quite dark..I took a gamble and changed into my sports outfit..Once i got down, suddenly i felt rain drops on my face..Unlucky me..So, not to waste the sports outfit i had on, i decided to go to the gym..Normally, I’d prefer going for a jog and breathe the fresh air but since it was impossible there and then, i had to use the next best alternative to exercise..

Once i entered the gym, i signed in, took a locker key and put my stuff in the locker which was provided in the changing room..When i got to the workout area, i was deciding on which machine to use first..I went to the treadmill and since I didnt know how to use it, I had the get the help of the trainer there..He asked me which one I preferred, the 20 mins or 30 mins routine..I selected the 20 mins one coz i was still new at it..He explained briefly and by 10 mins, i was actually quite tired..I stayed on the treadmill until the 20 mins ended and there was another 2 mins extra for cooling down..After I stepped down from the machine, I felt a bit dizzy, so i continued walking until I regain my balance..Then I realized that I actually felt good..

After that, I decided to try the striding machine..I dont know the name of the machine but when i used it, it kept asking me to stride faster..How am i suppose to do stride faster if I dont actually know the proper way of using it..And of course, to start using the machine, I had to get the help of the instructor, hehehe..I stopped after 10 mins coz i wasnt really comfortable using it..

I went to the next machine available which was the bicycle (Again, not sure whether its called the bicycle but it requires cycling skills, hehe)..I had 20 mins of it when I looked outside and realized that it was getting dark..I immediately stopped, went to the locker, gathered my stuff, signed out and walked to my car..Had to do it fast before its gets very dark for me to get to my car which is parked opposite my office builidng..

That nite also, I watched extreme makeover and was really impressed when I saw one of the contestants managed to loose 32 pounds just from doing the right routine, proper equipments and where to put more attention to in loosing ur weight..Its not that i’m too fat, my friend kept telling me that i’m not fat but just to keep myself healthy and my body a bit toned up..So, gotta visit the gym more often and see how it goes..
