WHeN You LoVe SoMeoNe

(Anita Baker & James Ingram)

Were we ever, did we used it up too fast
Our great moments never meant to last
And the last thing that I want
Is to ever make your smile go away

Keep our memories
Take the best of what we had
I can’t stand to watch what once was great go by
And I can’t be with and I rather just remember what we knew

When you love someone
And you love them with your heart
And it doesn’t disappear if you’re apart
When you love someone
And you’ve done all you can do
Then you set them free
And if that love is true
When you love someone
It will all come back to you

Life I wonder
Was it too much that we gave
If we give in more could we have both been save
All I guess we’ve crossed the line
Never knowing what was yours and what was mine

And through it all
I still have no regret
Just promise me
You never will forget

Its the Mega Sale season and I for one shud be the most excited person since I so love shopping..Yesterday I was informed by my colleague there that would be a 3 hour sale at KLCC with additional discounts given on top of the existing one..The old me would jump in joy and grab the opportunity to rush to KLCC along with the other shopping addicts..But since I’m cutting down on my expenses, tho I find it actually very hard coz when I plan on buying something, I end up not buying anything and when I actually go browsing around in the mall and not plan to buy anything, it is at that point of time that I’d shop like crazy, haha..Talk about being in control of myself, I’m a loser at it when it comes to shopping..Now, what I do is avoid any shopping areas unless its really necessary for me to be around it..And if I really feel like going window shopping, I’d bring my sister along coz she helps me from shopping aimlessly, considering the fact that in her opinion, my closet is full of clothes that I havent even wore yet..haha..Luckily, i’m not in the Rebecca Bloomwood stage yet..Or else I, myself would consider me crazy, running away from debts and all, haha..

This past few weeks I’ve been so lazy to jot down something in my blog..Have been filling my time going to the gym and rushing back home straight after that to catch the Philippines series, Ikaw Ang Lahat Sa Akin (In English it means You R everything to me)..Its entertaining to watch, a little bit of romance, humour and it also brings tears to my eyes..Its about a mother and daughter separated from their youngest daughter and sister when the father ran away to be with another woman, from a wealthy family..The rich lady also at first was supposed to marry another man from a wealthy family but opted to marry her driver, which was the father who ran away..Complicated huh??!The rich lady would do anything for the guy even to live in a hell hole, washing her own clothes and eating only rice and ‘ikan masin’..But since she was the only daughter of that wealthy family, in the end, her mother gave in and brought her back to live in luxury..And they took care of the guys daughter whom during her period of growing up, was always beaten up by the stepmother even only for the simplest mistakes..

Then its the love scene between this girl, who was taken away from her sister and mother, Daisy, whose name was changed to Jasmin for obvious reasons..Everyday, she’s being teased and made fool off by this guy named Oliver who actually had the hearts for her..Its true what they say, when a guy likes u, they tend to tease and make fool of u a lot..haha..And the scenes r so cute..At first she hated the guy but now she seems to have developed feelings for him that she herself has not realized..To make things more complicated, Olivers father is actually the rich guy her stepmother was supposed to marry in the first place..

A summary of the series I took from the website, it basically follows a story of love…Nea has not seen her sister, Jasmin for nearly a decade, since their father Larry took her and left Nea and her mother Elena for the wealthy Yolanda…It also follows the story of the Ynares clan, on how patriarch Roden and matriarch Susana deal with their sons, the intelligent, career-driven Ivan, who is engaged to Karri, a woman of acceptable social bearing, and the care free Oliver…It also follows on Oliver and Jasmin’s cats-and-dogs attitude on each other, on Ivan as he meets Nea, Yolanda’s maltreatment of Jasmin, and on how Nea’s sunny disposition in life will change forever…

What attracted me to follow the series is that its filled with all pretty and handsome faces such as Bea Alonzo, Shaina Magdayao, Angelica Cruz, Diether Ocampo and John Llyod…So guys, take a few minutes of your time to watch this series every Monday to Thursday in Astro Prima at 9pm to 10pm and reruns at 12.30 to 1.30 am..I guarantee u, u wont regret it..

Had a hectic day last Friday..Since I dont have any internet access at home and didnt have the time to go to any cybercafe, my post are a bit outdated..Bare with me peeps..

My parents were in town since Thursday and went back on Saturday..As usual, since my father had a meeting in KL, had the priviledge of staying at Mandarin again…The thrills of staying there was that I get to spend time at their gym, which was great..Probably to u guys out there its not a big thing but to me, looking forward to every stay at Mandarin..huhu..

On friday, things were a bit hectic..During lunch hour, went with my mother and sister to the Clark Warehse sale..OMG, the queue was endless..It was about an hour b4 we got in the hall and the sale was not a disappointment at all..All of us bought a few pairs each..Everybody was pushing each other and shouting for their sizes..Luckily our sizes were a bit small, so there were a lot of them..Wont tell u the total of shoes that we bought coz u guys mite find us crazy, haha..But in all I really enjoyed the hassle coz finally I get to buy the shoes I want cheaper than the ones in the market..Imagine, one pair of sandals cost RM208 outside but during the w’hse sale, we can get it for only RM120..How cheap is that?haha..And as the queue to enter the hall was endless, same goes for the queue to make the payment..I even came back to the office late to pay for the shoes..Luckily, got friends to cover up for me and lucky for me its friday..

Later that evening, i went to my first dancing class held in RHB Islamic..A friend of mine there introduced it to me..She was in the class too but unfortunately that Friday she was to busy, so she couldn’t attend it that day..I was so excited..I came in a bit late and ppl already started dancing..I joined in the fun and even though I didnt know the steps at all, got the hang of it soon..There were still a few steps that I havent really memorised yet..We did a combination of poco2, salsa, cha cha, ballroom dancing and joget (The ones I can recognize la)..In all I had a marvellous time..Tho I was sweating all over, of course dancing being an exercise and all but it didnt bother me coz I was having such a good time..I guess when I’ve mastered it, I shudnt be sweating all over rite, haha..Just that I was trying to catch up with the instructor and me being an amateur and all..Cant wait for this weeks class coz the instructor told us that he’ll take 10-15 mins to teach us the basic for each of the dances..At least we get to recognize how each dance goes…Furthermore, what makes the class so interesting is that there are only ladies in it, so I wont be embarassed if I did anything wrong..Plus, the class was cheap to begin with..Whats the use of going to expensive classes when u dont have the skills yet..Mite as well start with a cheap one and when u feel that u r comfortable to take it up as a hobby, like me, haha, then its worthwhile to pay more for it… K, catcha later..More updates on my dancing class if there are any interesting updates to tell..

Last Saturday my parents were in town since my bro who just registered in Intec, Shah Alam last Tuesday came back for the weekend..That day we went out for lunch around 3 something at Tesco Kajang..It was the first time I set foot into that place and it was not bad at all..We ate at Pizza Hut and went to do a little grocery shopping..I saw this stall selling brooches that my mum and I normally use at quite a cheap bargain..8 pieces for RM10..Not bad huh? The ones sold in Carrefour Wangsa Maju was 5 for RM10, so this was much better…

After that got home around 6 something and waited while AF4 starts..I hear all my friends saying this year is not AF season..Probably becoz of the FIFA and everything..So, its kinda shadows the AF..Amongst all the AF4 students, only Farhan got my attention and I only wait for her to perform while the rest was just for my ears to listen..But then again, in all they weren’t actually that bad..Only less publicity than AF3..

Later that nite, went to watch midnite at Mines..Superman Returns..My small bro has been nagging my mum that he wanted to watch that movie, so being a good sister and all, hehe, I accompanied him..No agenda’s behind it, hehe..Yeah actually I wanted to watch it too but normally when I say that I want to catch a movie, I’ll put it on hold until the movie is no more in the cinema’s..So, since my bro was really so eager to watch Superman Returns with his reasons being that once his classes starts, he wont have the time to leisure anymore, I took him for the movie..He can actually drive but he doesnt know the way around KL yet and my mum surely wont let him drive alone in KL..Just yet..hehe..

The movie was interesting to me..All during the movie I was so caught up in the suspense at how Superman could actually stop all the bad things from happening to the ppl there..First was the act when he stopped the plane from crashing down into the stadium..Then, stopping the big globe from the building of Daily Planet from crashing down..Stopping the fire with just one blow..All that crap, hahah..It was amazing how they can trick u easily, hahaha..But in all, what attracted me most during the movie was to find out whether the boy was actually Superman’s son..At last when the boy was in a state of shock when Lois Lane, his mother was about to be killed by the bad guy and then suddenly the piano hit the guy..It all confirmed my suspicion, he’s actually superman’s son..B4 that Lex had pointed out the Kryptonite to him and he looked a bit scared but he didnt scream or anything..So I thot, laaa, bukan anak superman rupanya..But when he pushed the piano, it proved my suspicion..

There were still confusions after that since the boy didnt show much of his talents yet but in the end, I think Lois Lane confessed to Superman about something while he was in coma and immediately after that he flew to his son and said the exact words that his father said to him..I can only remember the last sentence " The son being the father and the father being the son"..Something like that..But it was a great movie to watch despite the bad reviews I’ve been seeing about the movie from movie critics..So guys, sorry to spoil ur fun by telling u bits and pieces of it but u shud catch it in the movies..Its worth the watch, at least for me..  ;) ..
